Safety and security
Your safety and the security of your personal property are of the utmost importance to us. We suggest the following:
1. Do not answer the door in your hotel room without verifying who it is. If a person claims to be an employee, call the front desk and ask if someone from their staff is supposed to have access to your room and for what purpose.
2. Close the door securely whenever you are in your room.
3. Do not display your key card in public or carelessly leave it on restaurant tables, at the swimming pool or the bar where they can easily be stolen.
4. Do not draw attention to yourself by displaying large amounts of cash, expensive jewelry, cameras etc…
5. Do not invite strangers to your room.
6. Do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
7. When using taxis, use only clearly marked taxis or those called by the hotel staff.

The hotel disclaims any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage arising from any cause whatsoever or by whomsoever.

Fire precautions
If you discover a fire
Find the nearest phone and dial 8030, or activate one of the fire system break glasses.
If you use the phone, please state the location of the fire and the nearest room number. Once the alarm system is activated by use break glass, an alarm will automatically be relayed to the fire panel from your exact location.
Do not fight any fires. Leave the building by the nearest fire exit and proceed to the designated assembly point, at the main entrance of the hotel.

What to do when you hear the alarm
If the fire alert system is activated, the alarm will sound for a few seconds. The hotel’s fire team will investigate the alert, and on completion of the investigation, the fire system will be reset.

Evacuation
If the fire is confirmed by the fire team and there is need to evacuate the building, the alarm will ring continuously.

You must leave the building immediately using the nearest fire exit.

On leaving the building, move quickly and proceed to the designated fire assembly point at the main entrance of the hotel where management will conduct a headcount.
