ACCOUNTS
All accounts are payable by cash or recognized credit cards on presentation, cheques from reputable companies are accepted.
Personal cheques cannot be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with hotel management. Accounts queries should be brought to the attention of the Front Office Supervisor or the Deputy General Manager.
ADAPTORS
All rooms are fitted with 2 points sockets; international adaptors are available on request from the reception. A deposit will be requested. Dial 9.

BABY SITTING
This service can be provided for a nominal fee, please contact the housekeeper or reception desk before 13:00hrs on the day.
CONVENIENCE SHOPS
There are some shops for your convenience to buy, books souvenirs and toiletries. These are open daily from 08:00hrs to 19:00hrs.
CAR HIRE
Please call reception to arrange for a car at an affordable rate.
CHECK-IN CHECK OUT TIMES
Check in time is from 14:00hrs, but guests could be checked in earlier if rooms are available. Guests will be required to check out
By 11:00hrs on the day of departure. Should you wish to extend the departure time, kindly contact reception, which will make the necessary arrangements for you and will advise you of the additional changes Dial 8030.
CHURCH SERVICES
Churches are within 10 minutes drive from the hotel, please contact reception who have a list of services and times for all denominations.

For your convenience, a kettle is placed in your room and tea, coffee and sugar supplies.

FOREIGN EXCHANGE
Travelers’ cheques and certain currency may be exchanged at the reception; you will be required to produce a valid passport.
We may only, in accordance with the Bank of Zambia regulations, refund in Zambian kwacha. The exchange rate is displayed at the reception.
GUESTROOM KEY CARD
Our personnel may require you to present the key card when you sign for changes to your account and for security purposes.
When you enter the hotel the security personnel may request to see your card before entering the hotel at any time, please carry it at all time.
HAIR DRYERS
These are located in the drawer of the dressing table in some rooms.
HOUSE KEEPING
Our house keeper can provide extra blankets, pillows or other amenities, housekeeping operates from 07:00hrs to 22:00hrs daily. Dial 8030.
INTERNET ACCESS
The hotel has high speed internet access for guests via fiber optic network. This service is free of charge for the duration of guest’s stay.
LAPTOPS
The hotel has laptops for guests use and can be requested through the reception by dialing 8030, a deposit will be required and is refundable when the laptop is returned.
IRONS AND IRONING BOARDS
The housekeeping department will assist you with requirements in the regard. A valet service for pressing is also available at a charge.
LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING SERVICES
These services are available daily except surtadays and Sundays. Please ensure your laundry is collected by 08:00hrs, your laundry will be delivered the following day.

Please note that the Golden Bridge Hotel cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft, whatsoever, to vehicles and for the contents under any circumstances. You are kindly advised to ensure that no valuables are left in your vehicle.
SAFETY AND DEPOSITS
Some rooms are equipped in-room safe. Please utilize it or bring your valuables e.g. Cameras, jewelry or any other valuable to the reception for safe keeping. The hotel shall not be responsible for any theft whatsoever in your room, for in-room safe please follow the instructions on the safe.
SHOE CLEANING
Please use the shoe shine cloth in your room or use the shoe shine machine in the lobby.

THE RESTAURANT
We serve in our restaurant both western and Chinese dishes. The restaurant is located in the western wing of the hotel. The service time is as follows:
Breakfast: 06:30hrs -09:30hrs
Lunch: 12:30hrs – 14:30hrs.
Dinner: 18:30hrs – 22:00hrs
THE BAR
The bar is located on the ground floor and we service the lounge bar as well as the pool terrace.
